You choose the shipping! Any way you want it!

  • Free Shipping:  On occassion we run super crazy specials that include FREE SHIPPING, these orders are for USPS delivery in USA only.  
  • Outside of USA:  We can ship to virtually any address in the world, so check the shipping prices and if they seem steep--have a jewelry party with your friends and split the shipping amongst you.  If you decide to have a jewelry party to split shipping, use the Contact Us form ahead of time and we will send you a super special coupon code to use to combat that shipping charge!!  (And a special present for the host!)  We want everyone to be able to order their favorite treasures from Mermaid Company.  It is only fair, right??
  • Quick and Reliable:  Your order will arrive when you want it.  We have a super duper reliable Mermaid Shipping and Fulfillement Center in Florida as a convenience for our customers.  (Truthfullythis is so that we circumnavigate the magically lost orders and extreme delays that shipping through USVI post offices can bring due to 'island time.') The Florida postal system seems to run smoother, faster and more reliable than traditional 'island time' mail you find in the Caribbean.  Our fulfillment center is absolutely amazing and we love everyone there.  Our fulfillment guys (Mermen) reallllly take care of you, they are like one big happy family and care about you as an individual.
  • Tracking Number:  When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  After your order is processed you will receive an email with your order status and tracking number if applicable.  Sometimes the link in the email doesn't work, but the number does (we are working on this) so just head to the shippers website and paste the tracking number in there and tah-dahhh, the tracking info appears.
  • Have it Your way:  You choose the shipping that fits your calendar and pocketbook best.  We love freedom, we're flexibe and we love you. 



Return Policy:

We have it, but hope you don't need it!

(No one has ever used it before-they all love us!)

  • Contact Us:  Please contact us if you are unhappy with any item from us.  We want you to be thouroughly and blissfully happy with every item, skipping around like a child when you receive the package (or dancing a jig in the living room, we will settle for either one.)  We would appreciate the opportunity to get you back to 'happy camper' status before you decide to return!  We want to know exactly why you aren't skipping with joy!
  • Specifics:  At Mermaid Company we hope you never have the need to return an item but in the 'strange-alien-case' that you need to, we created a return policy.  You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full merchandise credit at Mermaid Company.com minus the shipping. We cannot refund for customized or engraved products.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  After all, there is a tiny, itty bitty, little miniscule chance that you could possibly maybe in an alternate reality universe received the wrong item...our shippers could have been arguing over the best Michael Jackson song ever recorded.  Who knows, crazier things have happened, right?
  • Logistics:  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  You will need an RMA number to put on your package.  Our Mermiad Fulfillment Center cannot process returns without this number, so please be sure to contact us for this number to dispaly prominently on your package! We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • Details:  You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly (these are estimates--we've never had a return before, our customers LOVE our stuff!!) This time period includes ample time for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (10-14 business days).  We appreciate your order and your confidence in us.
